Ar. Yii Yeong Ginn graduated with a Master of Science qualification in Real Estate Investment and Finance from Heriot-Watt University, United Kingdom after graduating with a Bachelor of Architecture from the University Technology of Malaysia. Ar. Ginn is also a registered Architect with the Board of Architects in Singapore.
With a diverse portfolio after more than twelve (12) years of experience working in the industry, Ar. Ginn is currently the Principal Architect of her own design studio. Over the years, she was heavily involved in in-house academic programs like internship mentoring and sharing sessions.
Ar. Ginn is highly trained in design development using hand-sketched details and CAD applications. She hopes to inspire her students in their design journey.
Ar. Ginn teaches all subjects in Semester One (1) to Four (4).
